6 Things I Learned About Photography Today
Reminders from the website I'm using for basic photography, wwwphotographycourse.net:
1. Photography requires an investment in time. It's not a hobby you can step into and take stunning photos in a matter of days.
2. Learn to see things differently. A good photo is both properly exposed and composed.
3. It's not the camera, it's the PHOTOGRAPHER!
4. You must learn how your camera operates (inside and out).
5. Take photos on a regular basis. Becoming a good photographer takes practice.
I'll add my own:
6. If you haven't taken photos for oh, let's say a REALLY LONG TIME, and during that time technology went digital, you'll find yourself learning basic photography all over again.
It's spider season! This is one of our resident Wolf spiders.
